- Primero. SOLICITAR al Consejo Comunitario de Curvarado que, por intermedio de su Junta, presente a la Sala Especial de Seguimiento el informe solicitado en la orden segunda del Auto 165 de 2020. Esta respuesta debera ser allegada por medio del correo electronico de la Secretaria General (secretaria1@corteconstitucional.gov.co), a mas tardar el trece (13) de octubre del ano en curso.
- En el evento en el que no sea posible allegar la informacion por medio escrito, los representantes de la Junta podran presentar un video -de una extension no mayor a los 20 minutos- en el cual expongan de manera secuencial la respuesta a los interrogantes formulados.
- Segundo. SOLICITAR, por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional y a traves de correo electronico, a la directora de Asuntos para Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras del Ministerio del Interior comunicar la presente decision a la Junta del Consejo Comunitario de Curvarado. Lo anterior, dentro de los cinco (05) dias habiles siguientes a la comunicacion de la presente providencia.
